Nov 2025 Planksgiving Challenge with planks, walking and thanks!

First, you will need your calendar for your daily plank time and walking so click on this link below to get your printable PDF calendar or PNG picture:

November2025 PDF

Our goal this month is to increase our time with planks, do our daily walks, and focus on gratitude for 30 days.

It is important to stay consistent and have proper form while planking, then to increase your time to match the calendar and then get tired/have poor form.  If you can only have good form and proper alignment for the first 20 or 30 seconds, then STOP THERE! Just hold your plank or do different forms of planks for that same time for the rest of the month.

We are starting off with 10 seconds, but if that is too long then make this challenge work for you! You can change the daily plank times to whatever you want. You can also decide what days you want to plank and walk-you don’t have to do it daily.

Planking helps strengthen our core, improve posture, enhance balance and flexibility.

Here are some different plank options you can do or choose your own:

Forearm plank using a chair

High plank using a chair

High plank on knees (toes up)

High plank on knees (toes pointed down)

High plank on toes

Forearm plank on toes

Plank on unstable surface like a Bosu Ball or TerraCore

You can also start off with a forearm plank against the wall (no picture) which is probably the easiest plank to start with and/or if you have wrist issues.

Let me know if you have any questions and comment below if you will be joining me for this challenge. Happy November!
