Each serving is 4 capsules-to be taken once per day. They look weird because they are green, but I didn’t notice any weird taste or smell to them. This Spirulina supplement says it has the ability to increase energy and detox the body. I have been taking it for a couple of days and haven’t noticed anything significant yet. The last time I tried a Spirulina supplement it gave me really bad gas, but so far I haven’t had any issues with these supplements. I will continue to take them to see if I notice any increase in my energy.
