SleepIQ Kids bed by Sleep Number *review* for Smiley360

Yesterday my 5 year old son and I went to our local SLEEP NUMBER store to try out the new SleepIQ kids bed.

The sales girl was very helpful and shared with me many specifics about the SleepIQ kids bed and let my son lay on it to try it out. I got to feel and look at the mattress, base, pillow, and bedding.

Some things I learned about the KIDS SLEEPIQ bed:

*2 styles to choose from -K1 or K2 (which has a head tilt feature).
*Comes in Twin, Full or Queen sizes.
*Adjustable comfort so the bed can “grow” with the child. Adjustable sleep number setting.
*The bed syncs with their sleep number app so you can see how restful or restless the child is when laying in bed.
*Alerts you if child gets out of bed.
*TILTS up which is awesome for kids with acid reflux, stomach and congestion problems!!
*Under the bed nightlight.
*Exclusive bedding collection.
*Quilted hypersoft foam provides a comfortable surface.

I liked the clean, crisp look and design of the mattress. I especially love that it has a head tilt feature because my son has alot of allergy/congestion issues and I am always trying to keep him elevated so he can breath better! I love the little features that they also offer like the under the bed nightlight and sleeping app that syncs to the bed.

You have the option of buying the mattress separate instead of buying the mattress/base set, but you have to make sure the base is very firm otherwise the K2 mattress won’t work with the tilt-meaning you can’t use your typical box spring base.

Although the price is a little high for the twin set, I saw that my store is currently offering 12 month financing, so that would make it a more budget friendly purchase. I also don’t know if you have to use exclusive sleep number bedding with their kids SleepIQ beds which may not appeal to some.

I really liked learning about the Sleep Number SleepIQ kids bed! My son enjoyed trying it out as well and loved getting a free kids monster sticker book just for visiting.
