- Buy the 30 day walking kit below or use any Leslie Sansone dvds (1-5 miles). Walking at the park, in your neighborhood etc. also counts. The point is to be active!

It has been a blast! It kept me going on days when I could have just been a couch potato and really challenged me—never thought I could do those 5 milers but I did. This has been the first month of fitness for me. I have lost several more pounds, 12 altogether, 68 more to go. Now I am working on a 90 day challenge with my XTFMax. By the way, today I did do the 5 Mega Miles!! WALK ON!!

Day 27 was rest day, and today got away from me. Got home late tonight from Cub Scout pack meeting so I ran out of time, Will try to double up tomorrow or the next day.
Forgot to post yesterday, forgot which dvd I did 🙁 but I did 5 miles and there were colors (purple walk, green walk, etc…)
Today I did 4 Mile Power Walk. Day 26!!! We are almost there!!
Day 23- I did 4 of the 5 Mega Miles and 30 more minutes of high intensity cardio,
I think I fell asleep before I posted last night 😉 (If I did already post…please disregard)
Day 22- I took a 1 mile walk with the kids and also did the Fun Walk, as well as a “Definitions” workout from my new XFit Max set.
Day 19!! Woohoo!!! I did today’s walk—got through the first 3 on 5 Mega Miles then just went ahead and did the other two also…Happy Sunday! 🙂
Day 18= Yesterday was DOR so I doubled up today with Firm 30 and 2 Mile Power Walk.
Day 16= 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk…whew, that was a workout for sure…
I made it through 5 Mega Miles! Day 15!
Day 14- 2 mile brisk walk (WATP) plus weight training workout
Day 13, I did it! Made it all the way through the 4 Mile Power Walk for the first time!
Day 12- Just got done doing Burn 30 then another mile on the treadmill…
Day 11 I did Firm 30 for the first time. Hard for me!
Day 10- WATP 2 Mile Brisk Walk and 4 Mile Super Challenge! Heading for the shower!
Day 9- first 3 miles of 5 Mega Miles…whew…not ready to try that 4th mile yet…got to lose a few more pounds and get a little stronger…
Day 8- only got through the first 2 miles of 5 mega miles before my baby decided it was bedtime…but still a great workout!
10/6 3 miles walk
10/7 Firm 30
10/8 3 mile (slim and sleek walk)
Day 7- 2 Mile Classic Walk on 4 Mile Power Walk…not in shape enough to do the other one yet… plus an hour of heavy duty gardening digging up potatoes!
Monday did 1.5 mile outdoor walk with hills.
4 miles today. 3 fast miles, and 1 gentle mile.
Sunday Walk— WATP 2 Mile Brisk Walk— Sweaty Sunday! Woo Hoo!
Day 5: 4 miles, 3 slim and sleek pilates walk, I mile from 5 fast miles
Day 4: 4 miles from 5 fast miles

5 Mega Miles, I did 1, 2, 3 instead of 3, 4 and 5…I’m a beginner and that was plenty hard…whew!
I walked 4 miles. 3 miles from 5 fast miles and 1 mile from Start Quick and Easy.
2 mile classic walk done 🙂

Did 1 mile Get Up and Get Started this morning and 4 mile Challenge (WATP) tonight
Day 1. 2 miles total. Leslie ‘ s mini mile walk and 1 mile of the 3 fast mile walk.
PS- planning to follow the calendar but won’t have my dvds till tomorrow…
