MY REVIEW
“Unseen Danger” is book three in the Guardians Unleashed series. I have read the other books and have really enjoyed them! I love the close knit group of the women K-9 protection unit and their dogs. They all have interesting stories and personal struggles to tell. I love learning how working K-9 dogs have different roles and what they can do to contribute.
Nevaeh was the main characters Guardian in this book. She has PTSD after a traumatic personal attack so she has a personal emotional support animal as well as a working K-9 for her protection job. She tries so hard to personally heal and recover from her anger and fear before it consumes her life and prohibits her from doing her protection job. Her struggles and emotions were real and relatable as we read about her journey towards healing.
Branson was another main character and the main bodyguard to rapper D-chop. After multiple accidents towards the rapper, they call in the Guardian protection team for extra help. Branson struggles with the lifestyle of the celebrities he works to protect, knowing its not the lifestyle he was raised to be in or what God would want him to do. His heart is in the right place with why hes working and what hes using his money for. He was a great friend to Nevaeh and respectful to the Guardian women team.
Emotional suspense with some clean romance along with elements of faith and God’s love. I really enjoyed reading this book and highly recommend this series. Each book can be read as a stand alone book but I recommend reading them in order. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book. All opinions and views expressed are my own.
