Seated Strength Upper Body workout-suitable for ALL AGES!

➡️ warm up at least 5-10 mins with cardio before doing strength training
✔️Complete all (8) exercises in a row
✔️8-12 reps for each exercise
✔️repeat for a total of 2-3 rounds
➡️ always listen to your body with the number of reps and range of motion that you do. All exercises can be done standing as well.

1. overhead press
2. bent over fly
3: bicep curl
4. bent over row
5. hammer curl
6. bent over tricep kickback
7. front raise
8. side raise

MY REVIEW

This is a quick, easy to read novella story (less than 200 pages) to introduce the Coastal Guardian series.
Em, Logan and Tom are the main characters in this book and were very interesting to get to know. Steady pace and great suspense as Em and Logan try to solve his Grandfather Colt’s murder. I enjoyed reading this story and always appreciate when authors include an epilogue so friendships/relationships don’t feel rushed.
I’ve read other books by this author and books from the coastal guardians series and I have enjoyed them all! Highly recommend this clean suspense and romance novella and entire series. I received a copy of this book complimentary for blog and social media review. All opinions are my own.

Windswept Way (Hope Harbor) by Irene Hannon

Another fantastic “Hope Harbor” novel! I’m pretty sure I have read all 9 books now upon release, although they can be read as stand alone books and not in order. I love that Charley, his taco stand, the seagull couple Floyd and Gladys, and 2 pastors Father Murphy and Reverend Baker all continue to join us for every Hope Harbor story.

I loved getting to know Rose, Ashley and Jonathan as they renovated the Edgecliff house together. I loved the imagery of the historic house and the love that Ashley had for Rose and the history of the house. I liked getting to know them and seeing them grow and stretch in their friendships with each other and with others in town.

I loved this sweet, contemporary romance fiction and highly recommend this series and author!
