MY OPINION:

I don’t do very well remembering to take vitamins, but I tried to take at least one of these pills a day. They look big but they were easy to swallow. No taste and no weird after taste. I have actually noticed that my hair has gotten longer faster so it’s obviously working. I have about another month to go before my box is empty, so I’m curious how my hair will look by the end of the year. The price is a big deterrent for me, so I don’t see myself actually buying these in the future.
