Last week I started another round of the 3 week beachbodyfitness program called 21 Day Fix. If you do a search you will find several other blog posts about this program here on my blog. I Love the workouts because most of them are strength training with handweights with Autumn Calabrese.
I did alot of meal prep for the first couple of days but didn’t stick with it very well the rest of the week. I’m not eating enough during the day because I’m super busy and stressed at work; and then I come home and all I want to do is eat. But I did good with my workouts this week so I’m pleased about that.
Monday Dec 8th workout:

Wednesday:

(28) Barre legs

Thursday:
(29) mins Pilates Mix
(20) mins Flat Abs

Friday
rest day
Saturday:
(26) mins Dirty 30 that I was suppose to do friday
(30) mins Cardio Fix
(22) mins Leslie Sansone fitness walking
