Week 3- Fe Fit Fitness challenge recap with pictures

Week 3 of the 28 day Fe Fit Fitness Challenge!
These workouts are still challenging for me, but fun! I really like the barre workouts. The core workouts are hard for me, not sure why. I am using 3 or 5 pound hand weights during these workouts because they are fast reps and movements. I can’t believe I only have one more week of this challenge left.
I am especially loving being a part of the Fe Fit Facebook challenge group. Those ladies are so encouraging and nice, and it really helps posting daily for accountability. I have really enjoyed doing this challenge with them.
