EatSmart Precision Body Check Bathroom Scale REVIEW #EatSmartScale

I love this new #EatSmartScale that I got this month for review! I have an older model and this newer one is definitely more advanced and nicer.

I like the soft non-skid feet on the bottom and love the glass top platform-very sleek and professional looking! Unlike my older model, I don’t have to tap it once to turn it on and wait for it to reset. As soon as I press the start button, its ready to take my weight.

Adding a profile was really easy! I selected Person 1, then female athlete, my exercise activity level (4), height, and age and I was ready to go!

After I weighed myself, it showed my extra stats-BMI, body fat %, total body water %, muscle mass %, bone mass %, daily calorie estimate, and then my weight again. As a side note, you can get your weight while wearing socks, but it can not calculate the extra stats-I got an error message-so it’s best to weigh yourself in bare feet.

This particular Eat Smart Precision Body check scale can record up to 8 personal memory numbers. It also comes with a helpful, short instruction book.

This scale will come in handy this year as I weigh myself weekly for my pre-diabetic class. I absolutely love it!
