Week 12 of “The Great Walk 100 day Summer Challenge” video suggestions

Welcome to week 12 of “The Great Walk 100 day Summer Challenge” from 8/14 – 8/20.

Remember: Our goal is to be consistent so even if you can’t do 100 days of walking in a row, do the best you can and listen to your body.

If you CAN do a walk every day, it is VERY important that you mix it up by doing gentle walks, longer walks, shorter walks, indoor walks, outdoor walks, etc.

    Labor Day we walked 2.5 miles between rain at campground.

    We had good Sunday day even with rain! We got 3.2 miles
    in between rain showers. Great weekend camping!

    Great day camping! Walked 3 miles and went walking in creek with Alan and Angel.
    Had cookout with Mom and my brother.

    getting exercise every day.

    Still walking even through the virus. Never did I think I would sweat in a gentle walk. So glad that if I had to get the virus, I am a lot healthier than I use to be. Have a wonderful evening, friend. Hope to see you soon!

    1 mile walk outside
    Today workout Burpee girl 2 mile walk

    2 mile walk. It was fun.

    We are going into week 12. Time is flying by.

    My workout was Burpee girl 2mile Fast walking.
    I had to skip her cool down walk. I listen to my body.
    I did Walk 15 series cool down walk.

    Every one is doing Awesome job!
