2) MOVEMENT challenge: Try a NEW cardio or strength exercise this week and share what you did.

Have you been journaling these past 2 weeks? A notebook, app, or just plain pen & paper will work!
If you have the book, I encourage you to journal your answers to the questions at the end of each chapter. If you aren’t using the book, I encourage you to use your journal to record your food, exercise, and how your day is going-good or bad. You can also use it as a thankful journal!
