MY REVIEW:
I really enjoyed this story and hopefully the start of a new series! I can’t wait to read more!

The story alternates between the father and his 3 daughters point of views of the current happenings on the Island and their lives. I really liked how the story was written and how it flowed. Great, steady pace with interesting, fun characters. I loved the description of the Island and some of the Islanders like Peg and Seth. I hope there will be more books in this series so I can read more about the camp’s growth and the sisters lives and what they choose to do.

This christian fiction and romance book focused on mending relationships, discovering purpose and direction in life, and love and forgiveness. I really enjoyed this book and would recommend!

MY REVIEW:
Mystery, suspense, romance, chocolate… whats not to love about this story??! I loved reading about the friendship (and more) of Britt and Zander through out. The story had lots of laughs and mystery as they both work together to figure out what happened to his Uncle and what he may have been involved in. This story is book 3 of the “Bradford Sisters Romance” series but they can be read as stand alone novels. Loved it! Sweet, clean romance I guarantee you will enjoy and not want to stop reading!

MY REVIEW:
The new k-9 series continues with this brand new book by Dana Mentink! Picking up from book 1, the team is still trying to find Jordy’s killer and his missing dog Snapper through out this book. Each book has a new story involving characters previously mentioned which can make this a stand alone novel, however, I would recommend reading them in order.

I loved character Violet and her strong character, integrity, and wit. She is best friends with officer Zach who was brothers with Officer Jordy who was killed in book 1. I love the officer dog aspects and learning how each dog can help their handler with a specific police field-like drugs, bombs, lost people, etc.

steady action and drama from beginning to end. great characters. clean romance, christian fiction, suspense. This series will have a new book released every month starting in April thru December. I can’t wait to read more!

Cops and killers and beagles, oh my! It was a ton of fun writing the second book in the new True Blue K-9 Continuity series. First of all, I had the honor of working with some AMAZING authors. (It’s challenging creating a world together and keeping all those details straight!) I had the privilege of following the amazing Lynette Eason, so that’s always a plus! Second, I learned all about the astonishing world of beagles! Those critters are just amazing. For instance, the original beagles were tiny, only 8 inches tall and could be carried in a pocket, which is why they called them Pocket Beagles. I need one of those! The name beagle comes from the French, which is translated “wide throat” or “loudmouth.” This is well earned by Eddie in my story, who will occasionally let loose with the trademark baying. The beagles small size, general friendliness, and ferocious scent drive, make it the perfect dog to sniff around airports and get into compact spaces. Eddie enjoys doing just that with Zach, his handler and best friend. He earns those gourmet treats that Zach bakes up for him. Best of all, Eddie was rescued from death before he became a canine cop star! It’s just awesome when you can twine fact with fiction to come up with a tail wagging suspense story! I hope you enjoy the second installment in the series!

MY REVIEW:
I haven’t read anything by this author in several years and although I haven’t read anything from this “Amish Homestead”, I didn’t have a hard time jumping into the story and the characters.

The author included a listing of English and Amish/German words so readers could figure out the translations which was very helpful.

I enjoyed the story although it was stressful because I could feel the agony, heartache and frustration of Cindy trying to figure out her life’s purpose and path. It makes me sad that the Amish community isn’t more accepting of their children’s choices if they decide not to stay Amish (although I can see why-its still heartbreaking). I liked reading and seeing Cindy’s and Drew’s friendship blossom and how they helped each other thru their grief. I read the story in one night because I wanted to see what Cindy would decide about her friendship and becoming Amish and her relationship with her family.

I really enjoyed this realistic, Amish Christian fiction book! I received a copy of this book complimentary for blog and social media review. All opinions are my own.

“Charlotte’s Promise” by Jennifer Moore
I really enjoyed reading this historical fiction book! I had hoped for more romance in the story, but I guess it wasn’t meant to be a big focus with the characters.

I absolutely loved the main character Charlie! She was determined, courageous, and wow what a hard worker! I liked the Captain, shipmates and their interactions with Charlie during the voyage and after. Great characters, interesting plot and time period-I really enjoyed reading it!
