It’s just one book a month! Doesn’t that sound fun! I love reading and I love all these marriage topics that she selected each month.

Here’s how it works: in this Ultimate Marriage Reading Challenge, each month has its own topic. 3-5 books each month will be suggested for you to choose from (since not every book is applicable to everybody!) on her website. This month she suggested 3 different books for the foundation theme.

My first reaction to these supplements is that they are ALOT bigger than I usually take. I have a hard time swallowing big pills, but because of the gel I was able to get them down okay. There was no smell or taste to these CLA complex supplements.

Here are some of my pictures from this past week of doing my first week of challenges. I really love this program. I’m a big fan of using balls for workouts, especially for strength training. The moveBALL is so comfortable to use with the double handles.
