I tried this magnesium powder (1/2 tsp as directed) this week in a cup of water and I personally didn’t like it. I could taste it somewhat-it was like drinking medicine water. I only drink water, not juice, so this wouldn’t be a product I would use again.

However, my husband didn’t have a problem with drinking it in his water and wants to continue taking it to help his muscles and sleeping. I’ve heard alot of great things about Magnesium. I would take it if it was in pill form, not powder.

Masterpiece Marriage-Quilts of Love series-by Gina Welborn

I found “Masterpiece Marriage” a delightful “Quilts of Love” read.

Mary comes to America to continue her education as a woman scientist and meets textile mill owner Zenus while visiting his Aunt Priscilla. They both need Aunt Priscilla’s help and try to work together, but in the end the realize they need to trust in God more and in his timing.

This wasn’t one of my favorite Quilts of Love books, but it was well written and had a fairly interesting story line.

My husband listened to this earlier and said he really liked it. This cd Has 7 sections and lasts about 35 mins. The sections are Intro, Breathing, Affirmations, Visualization, Thinking, Relaxation, Imagery.

My husband said there were two things he didn’t like about it-first they said “hell” which was startling since it’s suppose to be a relaxation cd; and second he felt like each section needed a little more time.

Overall he liked it though and the woman talking was very soothing. You can pick one track at a time to do, or do the entire cd at once.

I’m more of a soothing music, no talking kind of person; so I gave this cd to my husband in order to do this blog review.

I applied this mud mask to my dry (it doesnt’ really work on a wet face), clean face for about 15 minutes until it hardened, then wiped off with a warm wash cloth. I love using mud masks because they make my face feel so clean and fresh. I have sensitive, acne prone skin, so I have to be very careful what kind of products I use. I didn’t have any problems with using this product and it washed off my face easily without irritation. They recommend only using this mask 1 time per week. I can’t wait to use it again.
