Fé Fit Women’s 13-Week, 90-Day Workout Program with 28 Videos Under 30 Minutes

I am ending week 3 of this fitness program called FeFit and I LOVE IT! For the first 2 weeks I followed the 3 times a week program schedule, and then last week I joined the 28 day challenge so now I’m doing the workouts 6 times a week.

The workouts are 30 minutes including a couple minutes of warm up and cool down. I usually do my own stretching afterwards. The instructor is peppy and easy to follow. I love that she talks about us being “strong mommies” and making fitness a priority. I would consider myself at intermediate fitness level and these workouts have been doable but challenging. The core workout especially is tough for me.

I am very pleased with this program and would highly recommend it! I can’t wait to see my progress over the next 28 days while doing their facebook challenge. (see below for the link to join!)
