I gave this book to my 13 year old so he could read it and review it for me. These are his comments:

I learned about Coach Dru’s coaching abilities and the seasons he coached Lebron James and his son Dru 3. He teaches morals about the game of basketball. Lebron James looks back on his seasons with his coach as an inspiration for his current life. This book shares Lebron’s player stats which is cool. Also personal stories about Lebron’s life growing up.

At the end of each chapter there are questions called “beyond the court” like journaling personal questions.

They also included colored pictures in the middle of the book which was really cool. And at the end of book they included state championship box scores from 2000-2003 and Lebron James high school stats.

I love basketball so this book was good to read. I really enjoyed it.

As a busy mom of 2 boys, working full time outside the home, and blogging; it’s important that I get enough sleep. When I get stressed or anxious, I have a hard time falling and staying asleep. I’ve been listening to soothing music and applying this lotion to my arms before bed, and I’ve been sleeping ALOT better these past several weeks than I was before. and I can still be alert in the middle of the night if I need to be.

It’s important to be taking a good multivitamin daily, especially when you’re exercising. I’m not very good with remembering to take vitamins on a regular basis, so I’m trying to be better about that. I was excited to try these vitamins! What caught my eye was that the bottle said “wholefood” and made from a fruit and vegetable blend.

I love that this Multivitamin has so many great minerals and vitamins in it, as well as Omegas and Digestive Enzymes! I also love that it’s dye and sugar free!

What I didn’t like was how LARGE these vitamins are. I had a hard time swallowing them, especially since they aren’t coated. I also don’t like that you have to take 3 daily just to get the daily % of vitamins and minerals. I felt like that was too much so I typically only had 1 or 2 a day because honestly, I hated swallowing them.

This bottle contains 90 capsules which will only last you for one month, and each bottle costs almost $50.

If you don’t mind taking 3 large vitamins a day, then you can get all your vitamins, minerals, omegas and probiotics all in one vitamin. For me personally, I’ll just stick with taking a couple smaller vitamins.
