Premium Pure Digestive Enzymes Supplement by Vita Pure

Posted on January 5, 2015 by EmpowerMoms

I received a bottle of these Digestive Enzymes complimentary for blog and social media review. All opinions are my own.

I have been using Digestive Enzymes daily for months now and I can tell that they work and benefit me 100%! I take 1-2 capsules before or after my main meals like lunch and dinner (these directions say before you eat). I take them specifically to help me with my food sensitivities to some meat and dairy. They will not help with food allergies. Enzymes have taken the place of pepcid and antacids for me-I haven’t had to take them in months! If I take them immediately after having dairy, like yogurt, I don’t get the upset stomach and gas that I would normally get. I seriously never go anywhere without my Digestive Enzymes and neither do some of my family members. That’s how awesome I think they are! They may not work for everyone, but they have really been helping me and my digestion. I highly recommend them!

TOP ENZYMES THAT IMPROVES THE BODY’S ABILITY TO ABSORB KEY NUTRIENTS. Many people suffer from Enzyme Depletion.

IMPROVES DIGESTION OF FATS, CARBS, DAIRY & PROTEINS. The Protease, Amylase & Lipase Enzymes are naturally occurring digestive enzymes that makes it easier to digest these foods but also improves the body’s ability to absorb crucial nutrients.

GREAT FOR PEOPLE WHO EXPERIENCE HEARTBURN, GAS, BLOATING, BELCHING, AND ACID REFLUX. Some people feel that these key enzymes are the best digestive enzymes because they help the pancreas when it cannot create enough digestive enzymes in the stomach to digest foods and absorb nutrients.

Ingredients
Includes the three principle groups of digestive enzymes: amylase, protease, and lipase from Pancreatin Pure. Microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin, vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

Directions
1 to 2 capsules before each meal with 8 ounces of water or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed 6 capsules daily. Pancreatin supplements can be swallowed with plenty of water but should never be held in the mouth longer than necessary because they can cause irritation. Pancreatin should not be taken with hot liquids, because heat prevents the enzymes from working correctly.

Rachel Hauck Fires Up the Romance with “A Brush with Love” Book Review & Kindle Giveaway

Posted on January 4, 2015 by EmpowerMoms

This novella (shorter ebook, not a full length story) was delightful! It didn’t feel rushed even though it was shorter and was a clean, romantic, christian fiction story.

Ginger is a hairstylist who has body scars because of a child hood accident and who feels she is too ugly to be loved. An old high school friend comes back into town and helps her see that God’s love and peace, along with self love, can help her heal. Great reading-would recommend!

I was given this e-book complimentary from LitFuse Publicity in exchange for an honest review on my blog and social media-all opinions are my own.

ABOUT THE BOOK
A Brush with Love | A Year of Weddings novella (Zondervan, January 2015)
Ginger Winters is a gifted hairstylist with scars no one can see. The last thing she expects from the New Year is a new chance at love.
Overcoming a childhood tragedy, Ginger emerges from the pain and trauma with a gift for bringing out the beauty in others. From the top big city salons to traveling the world as personal stylist to a country music sensation, success was almost enough to make Ginger forget her she would never be one of the beautiful people.
Almost. Now that she’s back home in Rosebud, Alabama and running her own salon, the truth remains: Ginger is still that girl, forever on the outside looking in. But she needs her confidence this weekend. She’s the acclaimed “beauty-maker” for the Alabama society wedding of the decade.
When high-school crush Tom Wells Jr. also returns to town and shows up at her shop looking for a haircut, Ginger’s thinly veiled insecurities threaten to keep her locked away from love, Despite Tom’s best efforts, Ginger can’t forget how he disappeared on her twelve years ago and broke her heart. Can she ever trust him again?
When Tom challenges her to see her own beauty, Ginger must decide if she will remained chained to the past or move freely into a new, exciting future.
