Excelerol 72 Capsules Maximum Strength #1 Brain Supplement review

I received this product complimentary for blog and social media review. All opinions are my own.

I gave this supplement to my husband to try since he complains about having concentration issues. He took as directed which is 2 capsules, 3 times a day so these capsules lasted 12 days. He immediately felt increased mind clarity and energy. He commented several times to me over those 2 weeks how great he felt.

They did have a little bit of a weird after taste but nothing too major. They are coated, but bigger pills than normal so they may be hard to swallow for some people. He didn’t feel like his mood was altered, nor did he feel feel weird or have any problems sleeping. As far as he could tell, he didn’t have any negative side affects.

He was disappointed he went through the packet so fast, but because of the high price, he didn’t feel it was worth the money unless they are on sale.

Debra Clopton “Betting on Hope” book review & Kindle giveaway!

I really loved this heartwarming, emotional, christian book by Debra Clopton.

The setting was in a small town called Wishing Springs which seemed so inviting and homey to me. I loved all the main characters-Maggie, Tru, Pops, Jenna-they all had their personal struggles but through their friendship and faith they were able to find peace in their current and past choices.

The story line and town characters held my interest and left me wanting more. I’m going to look up this author online to see if she has more books in this same town setting. I would highly recommend this wonderful book!

About the book:
Betting on Hope

A bet gone wrong. A small town’s meddling. And a cowboy intent on saving his ranch.

Maggie Hope is an advice columnist whose background leaves her with little advice to give . . . and it’s beginning to show. When Maggie fills in at an interview with champion horse trainer Tru Monahan, the on-camera chemistry between them is undeniable. Maggie’s bosses know this is the opportunity she’s been looking for to launch her career—and their bank accounts. In order to save her column, Maggie takes Tru up on the bet that he can teach her to ride a quick-stepping cutting horse like any cowgirl, despite the fact that she has never been on a horse. And in the meantime, she can get the scoop on the man under the cowboy hat.

Tru has been on the competition circuit for longer than he’d like, but he knows it’s the only way he can afford to keep the Four of Hearts Ranch that means so much to his ailing grandfather. So when his sponsors see the opportunity for Tru’s fans to get to know the star on a more intimate level, he knows he must oblige. To his dismay, Maggie not only invades his small town of Wishing Springs, but she also invades his heart, and that is something he cannot let any woman do-for her own good.

In Wishing Springs, Maggie finds what she has always been looking for: a community and a home. But when her past catches up to her, it threatens everything, even the tender hope that this town holds all of her heart’s desires.

About the author:

Debra Clopton is a multi-award winning novelist and has written more than 22 novels. Along with writing, Debra helps her husband teach the youth at their local Cowboy Church. Debra’s goal is to shine a light toward God while she entertains readers with her words.

New from Terri Blackstock | ‘Twisted Innocence’ Nook Giveaway and Author Chat Party

From the first chapter this book was fast paced and intriguing! I absolutely loved it and couldn’t put it down until I was done reading the entire book.

Holly has had a hard life-mostly from her own bad choices-but she’s determined to get her life on track so she can protect and take care of her baby daughter. There is danger around every corner and I found myself holding my breath wondering what was going to happen next.

I would describe this story as a clean adult drama, with some good christian elements like finding forgiveness and redemption through Christ.

This is a book that I will definitely be keeping on my bookshelf so I can read it again. I have enjoyed reading Terri Blackstock’s books for years.

About the book:
Twisted Innocence

Holly Cramer’s past choices have finally caught up to her, but she never expected them to endanger her baby.

Though Holly’s stumbled through most of her adult life as a party girl, she longs to live a more stable life for her daughter. Then police show up to question her about the whereabouts of Creed Kershaw, Lily’s father. She has kept his identity a secret from friends and family—she never even told him about the pregnancy. Now he’s a person of interest in a drug-related murder case.

Determined to keep him out of their lives and turn him over to police, Holly uses her private investigating skills to search for him. But her bravado backfires when he turns the tables and takes her and the baby hostage. As desperate hours tick by, Holly realizes his connection to Leonard Miller-the man who has gunned down several members of her family. Creed claims he’s innocent and that Miller is after him too. His gentleness with Lily moves her, but she can’t trust a man who has held her at gunpoint . . . even if he reminds her so much of herself.

Dangers old and new threaten Holly and her baby, and lives are demanded as sacrifices for love. Through a complex web of mistakes and regret, redemption is the one hope Holly has left to hold on to.

About the author:
Terri Blackstock has sold over six million books worldwide and is a New York Times bestselling author. She is the award-winning author of “Intervention,” “Vicious Cycle,” and “Downfall,” as well as such series as Cape Refuge, Newpointe 911, the SunCoast Chronicles, Restoration, and Moonlighters.

FeFit 28 day challenge-week 2 recap

This week was a disaster. I was at home 3 out of 5 days from work because of the snow and ice, which normally would have been AWESOME! Except that I had a terrible cold/headache and felt so run down and exhausted that I spent those days in bed. 🙁 🙁 I get so stressed out at work and then just collapse. -sigh- my 4 year old told me I probably got sick because I’m not taking my vitamins. LOL smart boy!!

“Clutter Free” challenge pictures and book by Kathi Lipp

I have been a part of Kathi Lipp’s CLUTTER FREE book launch and have been posting my progress pictures on Instagram for the last month.

Here’s a before and after of my craft room area.
I have a hard time keeping it clean because of all the projects I like to do.
image

All my trash-I seriously don’t even know what it all was!
image

My before and after of my desk.
I do all my blogging, personal bills etc. at my desk so mail and kids papers get accumulated daily here. My husband helped me put up organization in this area, which I love!
image

We have a very small, older bathroom, so organizing the bathroom closet was very much needed. Also did my bedroom end table and went through my purses and cosmetic bags.
image

The top and bottom of my bedroom dresser tend to be my “catch all” places, so I went through and organized and put things in their proper place.
image

My kids even got on board with doing a clutter free project with me. We had WAY too many animals!
image

My latest project I did today. Went through smaller boy clothes, my shoes, more books, video tapes.
image

I am very pleased with all the progress that I’ve done with my de-cluttering. I have to be careful to not touch other people’s stuff (like my hubby’s) and get rid of it, which has been a little bit of a challenge. Although we have the extra space to store things, I don’t want to keep things that we don’t need. It actually feels liberating to get rid of things and it makes me feel good knowing other people can benefit from the items I’m giving away.

Do you go through your household items on a regular basis? Do you like to de-clutter?
