This supplement needs to be taken 20-30 minutes before a meal in order to work properly. I typically take one supplement before lunch and another one right before dinner. I have noticed a big difference in my appetite being smaller, especially at night when I tend to want to snack more. My problem is trying to remember to take these consistently before a meal.
